And Others Don't · A Pragmatic Handbook for Manifestation
Prayer outlasted every civilisation that ever practised it, and nobody ever wrote the operator's manual. This is that manual: the mechanism, a five-component formula for running it deliberately, and an honest account of the times it doesn't work.

A Pragmatic Handbook
The premise
Prayer has survived every civilisation that has ever existed.
Things that spread everywhere and persist for millennia do so because they confer some benefit. The modern habit is to explain that benefit away as psychology — a comfort, a placebo, a trick the mind plays on itself. That is a foolish perspective. Manifestation has remained relevant for the same reason anything does. It works.
What it has never had is an operator's manual. Plenty of people will tell you what consciousness is. This book is not interested in that argument. A car is a car regardless of what you call it or who built it — and this is a book about driving it well.
I'm not interested in debating who built it. I'm going to discuss how to drive it well. Chapter III
The formula
The formula has five components.
Four of them build the machine. The fifth is the one nobody teaches, because it contradicts everything the industry sells — and it is the reason the title has a second half.
The engine. Undirected force, and the origin point of everything that follows.
Direction. The biggest leap in the process — and the one most people get backwards.
Voice. Not an announcement to the cosmos — the thing that makes you findable.
Belief, held. And it fails in a specific way that almost nobody warns you about.
The loose. An arrow at full draw is not in flight — and the grip is the block.
Desire sets it moving. Release is what lets it land.

Why this one is different
It includes the times it didn't work.
A property listed on the 28th. Its first sale record fell on my birthday. It was already held in exactly the structure I needed. I found it by getting lost on a walk, passing first the school I wanted for my children, then the house itself.
Every sign was there. It never closed. An entire chapter is devoted to why — and what synchronicity actually means when the outcome doesn't arrive. No book in this genre will tell you that, which is precisely why the rest of it can't be trusted.
Signs confirm alignment. They do not confirm delivery.

The author
Roble Regal
Son of a mathematician, who was the son of a chieftain. My mother is a computer scientist whose own father was a mystic in the mountains of Harowo, in present-day Ethiopia. I was raised by a rationalist to become a rationalist, the way some children are raised to become athletes, by a man who assigned me homework at home and scoffed at spiritual matters — and by a woman who was quietly certain of them.
I was thus plagued with a logical mind in an illogical world. I founded Regal Investments, which at its high-water mark managed close to $10 billion for two brothers. This book is what happened when I stopped pretending those two inheritances were in conflict.
A logical mind in an illogical world.
Questions
Before you buy
What is the difference between the free Part One and the book?
Part One is the first six chapters — the mechanism, and the first four components of the formula. The book carries that through four further parts: the fifth component and how to produce it, the accounts where the method failed and what they teach, and the daily practice. Twenty-one chapters in total, against six.
Is this another Law of Attraction book?
No, and it argues directly against that literature in places. Law of Attraction says want harder. This book's central claim is that wanting harder past a certain point is the thing preventing the outcome — and that manifestation is a matching process between real people with convergent needs, not a process of summoning objects out of the air.
Is it religious?
It is honest about where the practice comes from. One chapter deals with prostration as the physical mechanism of surrender, and the personal accounts are what they are. You do not need to share the tradition to use the method — but I am not going to launder it into "the universe" to make it more marketable.
What do I actually get?
A PDF, typeset properly, delivered by email within moments of purchase. No app, no subscription, no upsell sequence. You own the file.
Does it work?
Sometimes. There is a chapter on a manifestation that failed completely despite every sign pointing to it, and a section on why money specifically is the hardest thing to ask for. A book that claimed a perfect record would be lying to you.
